The Company operates educational websites providing information, data, tools, and resources related to graduate and professional school costs, federal student loan limits, and private student lending. Our Services include educational content, the Funding Gap Calculator, and lender comparison information. We are not a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. Access is currently provided free of charge.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The information provided through our Services is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Calculator estimates are based on publicly available data and may differ from actual costs. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making borrowing or financial planning decisions.

6. Calculator Tool Disclaimer

The Funding Gap Calculator is an educational estimation tool only. Results are derived from publicly available cost-of-attendance data which may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should always verify your actual cost of attendance directly with your institution's financial aid office. Federal loan limits and regulations are subject to change by legislative or regulatory action at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites is the property of The Gap Funding Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and view content for personal, non-commercial use and share links with attribution. You may not reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works without written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems without permission, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Sites' integrity.

9. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We will process unsubscribe requests within ten business days in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAP FUNDING GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT A LENDER, LOAN BROKER, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gap Funding Group LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.

15–24. General Provisions

We may modify these Terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Rate Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement.
